Country house St. Georg Bio Design Boutique Hotel at Tegernsee

The family-run non-smoking hotel in Bad Wiessee is located not far from the beautiful Tegernsee Golf Club and the picturesque Tegernsee.

The Bio Design Hotel Boutique Landhaus St. Georg was again fundamentally renovated and conceptually refined in 2021. We have entered into a cooperation with the world-famous design company Designers Guild from England and have – in our opinion – significantly embellished the hotel once again.

Our rooms have the following features:

Excellent beds – in the new Superior category even with probably the best (and most expensive) beds in the world from the Hästens manufacture in Sweden, where the Swedish royal family also sleeps. Each bed is handmade with high-quality natural materials and promises and keeps a unique sleeping experience – pure well-being and exclusivity.
Large flat screen TV in every room.
Free WLAN in every room.
Each room (except the standard double room) has its own balcony or terrace and most rooms have a magnificent view of the impressive Tegernsee mountain landscape.
In the freshly renovated bathrooms, our guests have free access to the high-quality organic cosmetics line Verbena from L’Occitane en Provence.
Each room is individually designed and furnished and looks different. Nevertheless, with the world-famous company Designers Guild, a uniform and modern creative design line has been implemented. Despite the diversity of the rooms, one can recognise the unmistakable signature of the hotel owners, who know how to combine modern and traditional elements in a soothing way and to harmonise them with harmony, thus creating a special feel-good experience.

Our breakfast

Our special highlight is the rich organic breakfast, served personally at the table in the morning and leaving nothing to be desired, with fresh organic products from local farmers. This way you start the day healthy and strengthened and in a good mood!

The hotel is officially BIO-certified (EG-Öko-Kontroll-Nr. DE-ÖKO-006).

In addition, we have been officially certified as a “Gesundes Land” Tegernsee hotel since 2018.

Our Services & Extras

In the entrance area there is a free internet station for our hotel guests. WLAN is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

In summer you can relax and unwind in the green garden or on your terrace.

In our massage room you can take advantage of relaxing and beneficial partial and full body massages, wellness massages, foot reflexology and much more.

The hotel also offers the possibility to hold small workshops with groups of up to 10 people away from hectic and stress.

We have a total of 4 powerful electric charging stations (22 kW each) for electric cars from our hotel guests.

Leisure activities

Near the hotel you will find numerous leisure activities. With our guest card, you can obtain many services free of charge or at greatly reduced rates from numerous partners in the region. At the same time, it is also valid as a ticket on all buses of the Regionalverkehr Oberbayern (RVO) in the entire district of Miesbach. Do water sports at the Tegernsee lake and explore the picturesque hiking and mountain bike trails of the region. Our guests who would like to play golf receive significantly reduced green fees at our 10 partner golf clubs around Lake Tegernsee.

In winter you can explore the beautiful winter landscape on well-prepared cross-country ski trails almost on your doorstep or go alpine skiing in the nearby ski area (for example on the Wallberg, which is also challenging for good skiers, the extensive and newly developed Spitzingsee area or for a change with floodlighting in Bad Wiessee).
